Apply natural oils to your hair regularly
If you notice any signs of balding in yourself, start regularly applying natural oils to your hair. Castor oil and coconut oil can effectively improve your hair condition, preventing it from falling off too easily. Oils also increase your hair’s volume and directly introduce important nutrients.
Drink a lot of water
While this one might seem obvious and not really helpful, you’d be surprised how many people suffer hair loss because of dehydration. Our hair contains a lot of water, and dehydration might cause your hair condition to deteriorate very quickly. Make sure you drink at least 5 cups of water every day to keep your hair healthy.
Try out Aloe Vera
Don’t be surprised if your own trichologist prescribes you aloe vera for hair loss – it’s a very commonly used substance for treating receding hairline and other scalp conditions. It soothes your skin, reduces dandruff, and motivates hair follicles to grow.
Avoid smoking and excessive drinking
Not only does smoking reduce the number of red cells that reach your hair follicles, but the smoke itself also deteriorates your hair condition. The same goes for excessive drinking. While this might not always be a miracle cure, reducing the amount you smoke and drink is a great start in fighting off hair loss.
