The best thing is to avoid them totally. Ditch whiskey and take healthy and yummy fruit juice instead. Let go of cigarettes and just bask in a load of clean and fresh air all around you.

Remember to drink plenty of water and watch your body transform into a flawless one. Water is everything. If you have not taken a glass of water in the last 4 hours, stop reading and go drink water immediately. Water is life. It aids digestion and cleanses the body from inside out.
