Airtel Brings Back 399/- Postpaid Plan – Know more about the Plan

Airtel Postpaid is one of the most popular and widely used postpaid connections that are used throughout India. One of the key reasons for its popularity has been the Airtel Postpaid plans which are economic yet provide immense value to the customers. Airtel’s best postpaid plans are well-balanced with a good balance of calls, data, SMS, and Airtel Thanks rewards. The Airtel Postpaid plans also provide additional benefits such as add on connections which can reduce the family telecom spend by up to 25% compared to the individual connection. In an exciting development, Airtel now offers a new plan priced at INR 399, which is a solid INR 100 less than their previous lowest-priced postpaid plan. Let us see some of the inclusions and benefits of the Airtel INR 399 Postpaid plans which make it one of the best postpaid plans in the country.

The Airtel INR 399 postpaid plan comes with unlimited calls to all STD and local numbers in India, even when the subscriber is roaming within the country. Along with that it also provides the subscribers with 100 daily SMS that they can send. The OTT provided with this plan includes the in-house developed Amazon Xstream Premium subscription, Wynk Music subscription, and free courses through the Shaw Academy subscription. The customers also get the Hellotunes service and FASTag cashback of INR 150. Unlike the INR 499 and above plans, the Amazon Prime subscription of one year is not included in this plan. The plan also provides 40 GB of data at 3G/4G speed, with the facility for the rollover of unused data to the next month, with a total limit of 200 GB or 6 months. The plan was earlier available to only some of the circles however it is now available without any such restrictions throughout the country.

If the current Airtel customers wish to opt for the new INR 399 plan, all they need to do is head to the Airtel Thanks App on their smartphone and click on the dashboard icon of their account. They will be directed to a page where they need to choose the first option “Bill and Plan”. They can choose the “View Plan” option, and then choose “Change Plan”. They will get the option of choosing from one of the available plans including the INR 399 one. Porting to Airtel from another telecom provider to avail of the INR 399 plan is super easy as well. The additional benefits that you can get would include the delivery of your free Airtel SIM to your home and picking up your KYC documents. Customers should note that the INR 399 plan is not an option currently while choosing a desired plan on the Airtel website while choosing the “Port to Airtel” option under the postpaid tab. Once they have ported to Airtel successfully, they can change their plan to INR 399 one if they want. A similar process has to be followed for a customer moving from prepaid to postpaid connection within Airtel.
