Superstar Lady Gaga, popularly known for pop music announced a worldwide telecast recently on Monday that would feature Lizzo, Eilish, Billie and Paul McCartney along with some others. The primary intention of this telecasting is to support the healthcare workers who have been working day and night in response to this Novel Coronavirus outbreak. 

‘One World: Together at Home, event By Lady Gaga

The event is named as the ‘One World: Together at Home,’ and it would be shown multiple times on the Television and different other digital networking platforms across the world on April 18, 2020. It will be hosted by the late night television comedians such as Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert. Gaga said that she would assist in curating the celebrity lineup. This was called in to the World Health organization to brief about the novel Coronavirus on Monday. A joint effort was made to unveil this project and it was conducted under the advocacy of the group, Global Citizen. Also, it will be hosted by the comedians, which will be telecasted late night on the television.

Lady Gaga even tweets about this! She has been very excited about this global broadcast in collaboration with the favorite artists and comedians. She says this by tagging the WHO and other healthcare workers on the frontlines of this crisis circumstance. The organizers have already succeeded in raising a fund of USD 35 million to assist the victims of the crisis, Gaga said. This money will reach the WHO’s Covid-19 Solidarity Response Fund for the sake of Covid 19 patients. The major goal of arranging these funds is to avail the advance of this upcoming telecast so that the viewers can sit back and enjoy all that they actually deserve. 

As per the statement by Lady Gaga, the following event will feature the performances and appearances by Andrea Bocelli, Billie Eilish, Chris Martin, Alanis Morissette, Stevie Wonder, David Beckham, Elton John, John Legend, Keith Urban, along with many others.
